If i want to put an svcd on dvd, i can keep the mpeg as it is, i just need to re-encode the audio to 48,000 (thats if its not already like that).
and i need to make the resolution to
720 x 576 pixels
352 x 288 pixels <-----PAL
352 x 576 pixels
or
720 x 480 pixels
352 x 240 pixels <-----NTSC
352 x 480 pixels
what is the easiest way of doing this properly without re-encoding the whole MPEG (If its possible)
I know i can use DVDPatcher to fool a program into thinking its the right resolution, but i dont think this will work on a ps2.
cheers
