Converting Avi Files To Blu Ray

Hi To The VideoHelp Forum Community

Hope this question Has not been asked before , but here goes,

now i have 3 seasons of avi files , totalling 57 files altogether, and am wandering if its possible to join them all and convert them to a blu ray disk. and would like advice on what software or method is best to do this, if at all possible.

should have said once converted , then hopefully burn to blu ray disk
