How to sync 2 subtitles using subtitle edit

Hi Guys,

1st of all sorry I dunno how to explain this very well.

Basically I have a movie but I cannot find a good sync subtitle for it.
I tried to sync it with mkvmerge but still out-sync even after few re-sync.

Then I realized I also have subtitle edit & I have the right subtitle in different language.

Now the question is, how to make the out-sync one sync



In these picture, the left one (spanish) is out-sync, and the right one (french) is good

Is there a way to make the spanish sub on the left have the same start / ending time with the right one easily?

I managed to do the sync by comparing 2 subtitles and go to synchronization > adjust all times > show earlier / show later
