    I wanna Convert mij Subtitle file into a Video file??

    Then can I make a VCD whit subtitle!!!

    Can some one help me??

    Virtual Dub can add a permanent subtitle to a video file with a handy filter, then just frameserve it to TMPGenc and encode your mpeg-1 VCD file.
