    I notice that some of the quantizer settings are disregarded if Constant Quality mode is selected. What I'm wondering is if ANY of the quantizer settings ARE used when Constant Quality mode is selected.

    Which ones? Discarded in the GUI or ignored by the encoder?

    Sorry about the late response. I got pulled away from this project for a while. After returning to it, I did some tests and I think I have a more relevant question to ask. I'll start a new thread for that.
