I am using Ulead DVD MovieFactory and TMPGENC Plus whats the easy way to convert a captured mpeg 2 file to a SVCD file and keep quality and to do it fast? and fit it on one CD? about around 109 min movie?
I captured it in mpeg 2 format using Ulead DVD MovieFactory
