    After update the desktop won't load,it constantly switches between Classic Shell and metro and won't stop.

    I never saw the problem you describe with the two systems that I updated. Try shutting down Classic Shell, uninstalling it and then download and install the latest version of Classic Shell.

    Have you updated your classic shell?I had to reinstall it after upgrading to windows 8.1,went back to windows 7 after programs started to freeze that work ok in win7.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.
