Extracting Harcoded Roll-Up Subtitles

I have some recorded shows with hardcoded roll up closed captions.

Is there a way to extract these into SRT or any other subtitle format?

There is, but I don't remember the details. One of the subtitle programs can use OCR to try to read the CC stuff this way, but OCR isn't foolproof and there may be some errors or you may be required to type in a bunch of characters until the OCR program has enough info to read the rest of the file without help. Hopefully someone else can post which program can do this.

its very hard, if you need use ocr [subtitle software usually has it], probably need edit line per line, i just try few weeks ago,
