Can i hold 480p(bonus) with 1080p(movie) when i remux file?

I try to add new subttie by tsmuxer
tsmuxer show the movie has 2 track 1080p(movie) and 480p(bonus)
after remux file ,the movie file has only 1080p track
but i would like to keep 480p , can i do?

According to the "Blu-Ray" tab of the latest version (2.6.12), that should be possible.

Besides, the CLI says:

Additional parameters for audio tracks:

..

- secondary         Mux as secondary audio.  Available for DD+ and DTS-Express.

Additional parameters for H.264 video tracks:

- secondary         Mux as secondary video (PIP)
