Is VOB2MPG OEM or non-OEM?

Hi,
Im a VOB2MPG Pro user, I would like to ask about the VOB2MPG register method.
It is register by Device or by User?
If its registered by device, means after 3 device, i cannot install and register other device anymore, although i have already uninstall those 3 device's VOB2MOEG.
If its registered by User, means i can install on any device and use, after using it, i can uninstall and reinstall on other device to use it again. I just need to register using the Username and serial given.

May I know VOB2MOG is which type? Follow by User or Device?

As far as i know it's registered with a machine license combined with a username and email adres.

You should ask this kind of questions to the author of this program because he/she knows best!
