Looking for webhost that also has Dynamic DNS

Im redoing my website and looking for a Webhost that also has a Dynamic DNS feature. Hosting for my website and dynamic DNS so I can access my remote security cameras. Anyone know a reutable place that offeres both? Kind of like GoDaddy and No-IP combined..

I use my computer with directupdate to update my ip dynamically to zoneedit(free dns service). I can then use use any webhost.

I need the dynamic DNS to access remote cameras at a site that has no computer running, so can't use software. I currently use No-IP to track the satalite internet IP and access the cameras using a port number. Its free but I have to renew the trial every month unless I pay. Just wondering if there's a single place I can pay for permanent dynamic IP and webhosting. Figured the bundled price would be cheaper.

You can't host a site with a dynamic IP like that.
It would always have to repropagate.
