    Simple question. Can Blu-Ray Menus be converted from NTSC to PAL (and vice versa)?

    No. Pal and NTSC do not apply to HD formats. There should be no need to convert.

    The question isn't really correct as BluRay resolutions for 720p and 1080i/p are the same between what we might might call "PAL countries" and "NTSC countries" so there shouldn't be any need to convert. There aren't any programs that can do this for BD or DVD either, but at least with BD, as I pointed out, there shouldn't be any need to do this unless someone did something strange like made a menu at a resolution used for NTSC or PAL DVD.
