    There's more first time posters posting links to youtube asking for help on various fluff such as effects,all just to get hits on their videos,hope nobody clicks on the links or we will more posts of the same kind.

    Maybe I'm being suspicious too but right now there is a thread on the front page started by a user with 5 post all of which are in the same thread who only joined in Feb asking for help to view and download a youtube video. d/l and views = hits
    There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway.

    i realized this a long time ago. i think there is a way to view someones video w/out actually creating a "hit" count on there page. one way was to use those video download sites, like keepvid.com or whatever it was called. but i'm not sure if it skips the count or not. someone might want to try, if they nothing else better to do. using your own ut account to test this theory should work. but there are also a couple of other ways to see the users hit count through google. hey, i was bored back then and was learning how to scrub for youtube videos for an app i was working on.
