  1. I can't seem to find a photo frame that will play mp4 h.264 video.

    Features: repeat, viewing angle, speakers, battery powered

    Need it for village schools in developing countries.

    I don't think any tablet has a tripod screw for mounting.

    I would bet for sure that the picture frames that did play video wouldn't.

    You might look into hobby video production sites. People that make their own videos might have some kind of adapter or rig their own setup for special circumstances like that. (somebody that uses an ipad or android tablet for shooting real video - ie complicated and not just goofing around - would want a tripod for sure - their might be a whole cottage industry on mods for that procedure)

    Or you could google "tablet to tripod" or "mount tablet to tripod" and see what you get.
