    Hello everyone!

    I facing a really weird problem with "Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate"! While the program was working perfectly fine, one day for some reason it stopped recognizing ANY video format!! When I hit properties on the video file it says "unknown file". Also note that I'm running the same exact version on a different PC and it works like a charm.

    Any clues why I have this issue? Please help If you know how I can fix it!!

    Does it depend on you having the codec and/or perhaps, the media splitter installed?

    Have you tried reinstall it? It might add som codecs when installing it.


    Or Use their support. You wont find any xilisoft users here.
