    I'm searching for a program to merge subtitle with the movie and make me can do some edit for the subtitle {like the font type and size} before saving the merged file and without converting the format of the movie.

    Perhaps two programs. Subtitle Edit or Aegisub for formatting the subtitles in ASS format. MKVMergeGUI to mux to a MKV container.
