TMpeg Problem??

I had success burning a previous movie with a .CUE file with CDRWIN since other programs like nero and the such won't work with my .mpg file. But when i'm encoding with TMpeg now, I don't get a .bin and .cue file, it is nowhere on my computer? does anybody have any idea what's going on or what's a better way to get the file burned? I am using a plug and play burner and it is not supported by many of the other programs.
