Hi, I installed FF 3.3.1 first time yesterday and it' s pretty simple.
I ripped a few DVDs into mp4 files and they came out fine (high quality and size).
It started to play up today, first showing error 0x00000001. I googled around and decided to uninstall and reinstall it.
It is still showing the same error code.
If I choose Low quality and size, it will let me rip DVD but they came out in wrong ratio.
I don't know what I did wrong, I never change any aspect, just put the disc in and hit Start.
Could anyone please tell me what is the right ratio / bit rate / size...? So I know what to look at.
Many thanks.

Have you ripped the dvds? Like with dvdfab decrypter.
Or install a background ripper like anydvd or dvdfab passkey. -
I just mentioned good rippers....i think dvdfab passkey has a free version.
