Getting "VCD 2.0 player required please turn on PBC.."

I've just created a VCD 2.0 slideshow with Ulead PictureShow. It runs great on my DVD player, but will not run on my PC. Tried using WMP but it comes up with main screen error of "VCD 2.0 Player Required Please turn on PBC to show photos". It "plays" the slideshow, but no pictures. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

You got a picture of Yosemite valley huh?Go to "Tools" and download
I-Video CD player it's free and works great.

Thanks, but I tried that VCD player (and others similar) and got the same result. Any other ideas? I'm pretty much doing what everyone says, "go to Mpegav directory, select DAT file..." but keep getting same response. I know I'm missing something here. Pretty frustrating.
