    Hi i am trying to convert a divx file to a mpeg2 to make a svcd. when i click Start, TMPGEnc says i dont have a mpeg2 codec. i download powerdvd and windvd but i stay cant convert the file can anyone help me thanx.

    MPEG2 in TMPGEnc only works for 30 days after that you get some sort of message like what your getting. You could get the lastest version which will give you 30 days if your not already using it. There are hacks in the usual places and you can also buy it for unlimited mpg2 use.

    no i havent used TMPGEnc for 30 days. the prob is i can convert avi video to mpeg2 but not audio. it says i dont have the right codec to play back. can anyone help me thanx.
