Hello,
I've ripped several DVD's but the audio is allways +0.4 sec. too early.
I've tried several programs and guides, TMPGenc allows a msec. gap when re-encoding but then I have to re-encode the entire mpg again.
Is there an easy (good) way to fix my problem or an easy program to add the gap at the beginning of my (de-muliplexed) mp2 file?
Thanks
