    I've been making a .mov in Adobe Premiere, then exporting it and converting to a MPEG to burn as a VCD. The sound is fine on the vcd but the picture is black and white, and moves up and down. I think the problem is with my premiere export settings, there are so many differeent possibilities, any suggestions??

    I've just installed the LSX-MPEG plugin, but it has lots of settings that I am not at all familiar with.
