    is there any way to insert animated menus onto your vcds

  2. You can put video menus on a VCD like a DVD if thats what you mean by animated menus

    no, i dont want a static menu i want the background to move, maybe a short clip from the film that loops

  4. Yes, you can. EZ CD Creator allows you to use an MPEG as a menu screen. You specify if you want it to loop forever or only for a specified period of time.

    most programs that let you author menus onto a vcd or svcd will allow you to use either a still picture or mpg clip.
