  1. hi all Can you help me, I want to re-encode the video that I have, I want to give a subtitle permanently and I will upload them on a hosting server,
is there any way for the results of the size of the encoded file I have is not too big, and the quality of the image is not too bad, is there any software that can encode quickly. I've tried Freemake software but the file size is too large to be encoded once, and I've made a custom, but the effect on the video is broken.
I also have tried MeGUI results are very good, but the time to encode the video can take many hours, I would like to know how such shaaning.com, ganool.com or YFIF, encode the video.

I am very grateful if anyone willing to help me.

Have you tried different presets or settings? Like One pass encoding instead 2pass or constant quality with fastest x264 preset.

Don't know the sides, but youtube uses ffmpeg with (lib)x264 and some custom settings.

I agree with Baldrick, if you quickly need decent results which do not need that much space you should:
    a. smooth/denoise your content a bit (do lose some details; less details -> smaller size)
    b. use crf encoding with say 20 or 22 (higher crf value -> stronger compression and less details, so don't go to high here)
    c. use one of the faster presets (faster presets -> worse motion handling -> worse compression)

  5. in line with Baldrick and Selur's reply to upload to a hosting server or a video site, i wud normally shoot both video and audio bitrate higher than site requirement and let the hosting server and video site do the rest.
