[Q] "best" solution for editing mpeg4 from Kodak Playsport zx5

HI,
I'm searching for an good way to edit simple movies from my ZX5.
I've tried TMPGE Mastering Works 5 and SmartCutter with the mpeg4 source files and was a bit scared about the result.
Is there any solution that has something like "smart render" and allows to add Music and audio-transitions?

what Editor would you prefer for mpeg4 files? (vegas,pinnacle,magix,..)

vegas products are good and fairly easy to learn.

I own a kodac zx5.....if you want lossless cutting on keyframes, then MpegStreamClip or AviDemux will fill your needs. If you want advanced editing then Vegas is a good choice and AviUtl is a good "free" editor. Either one will work without breaking a sweat.

The zx5 is pretty light-weight as editing goes........
