I have a problem with my Hitachi DZ-BX35E model camcorder because I cannot acess the disc that is in the disc insertion block, the camcorder will not power up to enable me to operate the disc eject button so that I can remove the disc from the camcorder.

I have checked the AC mains adapter/charger unit which is is in good working order.

Assumng that the fault is with the camcorder itself, does any member know a way to release the disc insertion block manually to enable me to remove the disc from the camcorder?
