    I paid for muxman pro (35.00) four days ago, but I haven't gotten a download link or anything. Has anyone here dealt with the company recently?

    How recently? I bought the full version on 07/19/2012 and got the download link immediately. Did you create an account at mpucoder.com? After you purchase it, you should login with your user/password and it will provide the download link there.
