    Hello All,


    In my video Processing app, I have done Snapshot to Video Recording everything is completed,
    But when i m setting my video resolution to 640-480 or above the snapshot is not clearn
    There is lining in image when shaking Hand,
    Please See the attached Image Below,

    Here i am using Pinnacles PCTV 150e/55e for Webcam Connectivity,

    Is it Video Cards problem. Please Advice, I am Stuck Here.

    That is normal interlaced video. Deinterlace it if you need progressive video. If you're going to make a DVD you can leave it interlaced. Interlaced video is normal for standard definition TV.
