Hi. I am trying to copy a home-recorded Blu-Ray (from the TV) to my hard disk to play on a different device. I can select the m2ts file on the Blu-Ray in DVDFab, and when I preview the file, it plays correctly with sound and video. However, when I run DVDFab to copy the file, it produces an m2ts file containing only the video - no sound. I cannot find a way to copy with the sound. I think that there is a copy-once protection on the Blu_Ray file (set by by Panasonic recorder). MediaInfo gives the following report on the copied file:

It's obvious that the copied file has no audio. You should post a MediaInfo shot of the original .m2ts from the disc.
I don't know much about Panasonic recorders, but it seems odd they would add any sort of copy protection, especially for the audio track.
But others here probably know more about this.
And welcome to our forums.
