I shoot underwater stills and video. Everything is indistinct, kind of cloudy. I put the stills in Photoshop CS3, and I do ADJUST ALL LEVELS [CTRL+SHIFT+L], and, like magic, the photos "pop." Photoshop automatically corrects brightness, contrast and color balance. It is, for me, a "silver bullet." How do I do it for videos?
