    Hi.

    Is there a program that can convert simple srt subtitles into 3d subtitles for 3d frame packing movies NOT side by side mkv or up and down mkv files.

    And is there any newer and better program than 3dsubtitler?

    The HDMI 1.4 "Frame Packing" 3D SEI signalling method is a transmission-ONLY and HDMI-ONLY method. It doesn't really properly exist as a storage format.
    So, rightfully, one shouldn't pre-format neither picture nor subtitle to framepacking: the player app (hardware or soft) should be generating it on-the-fly out the HDMI port. And it is usually only natively generated when the source is full hd 3d (such as is contained in 3dbd's mvc/ssif formatted file).

    And if i want to simply add a 3d subtitle to a 3d frame packing ssif converted with latest tsmuxer to m2ts file what i must do?
