Merry Xmas to you too
MagicYUV supports 10bit RGB, r210, r10k. That version is not released publically yet (just contact the author) . It's not implemented in ffmpeg , but this is a very promising codec. It's even slightly faster than ut video codec .

Excellent!
I just contacted them.
I also downloaded and installed it. Yes, I see this version is only for 888 RGB...when I need 10BIT or more like RGB48le.
I'll check out the website more now and later and also see see if I can read up a bit more on this!
Thanks a lot! I'll try to see how well the compression would be IF I did have the version I need. -
I haven't tested it fully for 10bit RGB, but "kolak" on doom9 forum ran it through the paces with various hardware (AJA, BM) and confirmed it to be working.
I don't know the full details but it should working for 10bit RGB (both r210 and r10k), if the pipe/workflow that you use is 10bit all the way (IIRC he ran it through graphstudio)
If there are problems/issues, the author is very active and responsive, so give feedback to improve it
