going to film wedding from different angles, and want to know what settings i should go for the BEST quality (rendering with sony vegas).
as you see, they all have different video recording modes...

Your GoPro shoots NTSC and your Sony shoots PAL. Those are incompatible with one another from the start. (The Canon looks like it can be set either way.) You don't say what country you're in, so we cannot advise whether to go with PAL or NTSC.

well since the sony cx220 is a pitiful excuse of a videocam i'd be leaving it at home. but then a gopro and a dslr that doesn't do autofocus or autoexposure while videoing a max of 12 minutes at a time is not a great combo either, it has a better potential for usable footage at 720p60.
