  3. Thanks for the feedback!

    I tried MkvToMp4 and it works nicely, but is there a way to preserve or make a new thumbnail for the video? All completed videos just have the vlc icon

    I personally use Babelsoft's "Media Preview" to handle all my video thumbnails. Flv, Swf, etc, you name it. 32 bit or 64 bit http://www.babelsoft.net/products.htm Someone might have a different/better recommendation.

    The new thread that you created isn't needed. Stick with one thread if possible. Creating a new thread for the same question asked in a different thread (answered or not) about the same subject, is the same as bumping.
