I've downloaded a DivX movie, the total file size of it is 1,22 Gb; running time is +/- 2 hours.
I want to make a VCD and put it on 2 CD's.
My questions is, does the initial file size determine the final output size?
If so, how can I get it on 2 CD's?
ThanX

The video + audio bitrate and the video length determines the output size but for VCD it is really simple, 1 minute video is 10MB. Remember also that on a VCD or SVCD you can fit near 740 MB on a 74 min CD respectively 800 MB on a 80 min CD because VCD/SVCD is burnt in mode2 form2(less error correction than data cd).
