    my system is to slow. i can't install MinGW and GCC

    Official x264 git doesn't show any new updates and even the x264-devel repository has recent updates,..

    Anything special about that x264 version?
    (btw. I hech54s answer was ment sarcastically, that is why he posted that smiley )
