I'm looking for a simple and easy to use mpg editor, preferably one with a GUI that has the following 2 functionalities:
a) cutting stuff from the beginning (until an I frame)
b) cutting stuff from the end (starting with an I frame)
before processing the mpeg further with mencoder. I also want it either free or low cost -- I don't want to pay for features I may never use. If it matters, the mpegs are created with vob2mpgpro.
Any recommendation?
TIA
