    Hi All.

My first attempt at ripping, I'm ripping Futurama, Volume 1 using SmartRipper.

I'm following Sefys guide on how to do this, yet when I rip, it only rips one episode of the DVD at a time, depending on what I have selected under "Source, Input, Title Input, Program Chain, Angle *".

Is there any way of making SmartRipper select them all, so I can just have one rip rather than five or am I doing something wrong here?

    Any help much appreciated.

    cheers

    Dave

  2. Yeah, just change the rip method in SmartRipper from Movie to Files or even Backup. That will allow you to select as much as you want from the DVD. Backup copies everything on the DVD, which may be more than you need. Files allows you to choose what you want to rip.

  3. gonz0's idea is not a good one...unless u plan to use flaskmpeg/avisynth to framserve to tmpgenc...

this is because file/backup mode doesn't remove multi-angles, if the dvds you're ripping has them, you will have problems, unless u use flaskmpeg (it will allow you to choose which angle you want)

otherwise, you should use movie mode because it gets rid of any multi-angles, ripping the episodes separately shouldn't be too much of a hassle
