How to cut MP4 video Files?

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there is a way to cut MP4 files with VirtualDub (or any programme) like you can with AVI files, or do they always have to be converted first?

avidemux, video to video converter(under tools), free video dub. But they doesn't work with all kind of mp4s.

You can also use solveigmm video splitter, videoredo h264 suite, tmpgenc smart renderer but they aren't free.

To cut on non key frames, you can put the file in an MKV container and use the free MKV Cutter by Selur.
