God I need help. I tried ripping Dvd's to hard drive, used tmpeg to convert them to pal vcd, using the template. Then I changed the Audio to the correct specs (48000 224). Load the files into spruceup and made the menu's. Saved it out to burn with nero. I checked the vob files with a player and they were out of sync very bad. The video frame rate was jumping from .40 to 116. When I take a bought vcd and do the same it works great.....
So I'm doing something wrong, and I have no idea what. If someone else does this on pal systems and ntsc and have templates that work 100% that I can use, can they email them to me.
I can see most of you know what you are doing, can someone make a old man happy and put me right!
Thanx in advance
Bob
