  1. So I have some mkv files(anime), they are choppy and I want to smoothen them like TV's now do
    BUT i dont want them to be in real time, i want to create new files which would have the extra frames

    Their workflow that is posted on that site http://www.spirton.com/convert-videos-to-60fps/ is using MeGui , that is setting up Avisynth script , but there is a part that you have to copy/paste some lines in it anyway, so you just copy/paste your filters there also.

    when i try to open the video it says:No combination of filters could be found to render the stream
    and if i try to install K Lite codec pack it says that it will remove my current filters/codecs

    Just install it. Of course it's going to remove the old install. That's just good housekeeping, and for safety against virii.
