I am new to burning vcd's have made 3 now that worked(poorly lol) and many more that dont
The black borders that are common with DivX format, encode across to vcd as well, I have tried using TMPGEnc and when it converted the border was gone but the video jumped around so badly, it was unwatchable. I tried using Panasonic MPEG1 Encoder's crop function, and all it does is give Me either a complete black screen with audio or an offset picture to far down.
I had a formula I found here in the how to convert DivX->VCD with Panasonic but when I tried to use it once again just a black screen
Can anybody please help ?
Im sure there is needed info I havent given, but as im new i dont know what info to give. So if needed please ask
Thanks a bunch TLTw
