The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Maybe this is not the correct area to post this, but come

I have 3 videos in m4v to put on dvd,all videos are described as progressive, but clearly see the line interlace, how can?

The first (the good) is all right when I play dvd authoring it is very good (is here to serve as a base).
Is a varialble framerate

The second (the bad) when authoring dvd gets tremors if suffering with Parkinson's disease,That and the big problem.
Is a constant framerate

The third (the ugly) is in a strange resolution, and is normal when authored to 720x480, however ugly.

So what would be the best way to put the Bad and the Ugly on Interlaced DVD decently?
