  1. oo for all the cats of the world!

I had found the right codec to use in my nle (the utvideo) with vfw but I noticed that the clips are truncated onto the timeline, mayve because the VFW has a limit of 2GB or do not I know? in fact appear to be truncated just long files, not small ones.

    Is there a remedy?

  2. VFW does not have a 2 GB limit. Nor a 4 GB limit. Try using modern software that supports the ODML extensions to AVI.

  5. A 10-12 year old NLE isn't "modern"

Sony Vegas will fix all your problems . Native XDCAM import. Smart Renders XDCAM . Your camera is made by Sony, and XDCAM is a Sony format

If you don't like the interface, Premiere looks more similar to your Speed Razor screenshots . Native XDCAM support, and it can smart render XDCAM as well

Hahaha but you're already in hell now ... judging by your 100's of posts on the same topic of trying to import simple footage into your "dinosaur" NLE . Trying to convert it to this or that format... Most people would have finished editing that project months ago (and finshed dozens more) . So much for the "speed" in Speed Razor... Should be called Slow , Pull My Hair Out, Razor
