    Hi...
    I have a dreamland reciever and i record files on USB flash disk.
    Some videos have been palyed on my lap top but some videos can not be played
    I update my video player software such as KMPlayer, VLC Media player, My Codec Pack.
    BUt anything happened.

    So it's probably not possible if you can't find any decrypter software out there.


    I guess you can play them with the receiver?

    You can't decrypt them. The files are meant to play ONLY on the receiver just like the files that both of my televisions record to USB stick can ONLY be played by the television.
    Your only hope is to give something like ProjectX a try.

    I solve my problem with a tools named: PC TOOLS
    That's an exe file. Convert the file to a new TS file.
    The PC Tools is related to my receiver. Dreamland S88.
