Analog Tuner and Capture not working in NPVR

Hi there! I have a Hauppauge HVR-3000 which was working fine until i has to to a reinstall after a software issue The problem is the DVB-T is working fine in NPVR but the analog tuner and video capture (S-Video + RCA audio) turns up black screen/blank! I have another analog only card that works fine and in WMCE, the analog tuner of the HVR-3k works fine and in Dscaler the Analog capture works fine so my questions are

1. Is this an NPVR issue?
2. in my Analog device file wrong?

Truthfully, I never used NPVR for analog. All I can do is refer you to the instructions that say what to do in the event that the analog device does not appear in the devices list after installing Hauppauge SoftPVR.
