FFDShow Dialogue Box

Hi there, I've got a little issue here. Each time I dropped an MP4 file or whatsoever in Media Player Classic or Home Cinema there was a pop-up screen asking for the following options:

Don't use ffdshow (just this once) DEFAULT CHOICE
Don't use ffdshow (always)
Use ffdshow (just this once)
Use ffdshow (always)


I've checked accidentaly "use ffdshow always" and now that pop-up box is gone. Does anyone know how to enable it again? Help will be much appreciated.

FFdshow Video Decoder Configuration> DirectShow control> "Use ffdshow only in: " checked and "show dialog when...." checked.

And you might need to edit the .exe list to remove anything you accidentally added.

Hi greglan, thanks so much for taking time to respond. I've already tried that but the dialogue box (or nag screen) is definitely gone.




I've also edited the list removing MediaPlayerClassic.exe but nothing happend so I've put the application back on the list. BTW here's my list:

Do you have any idea how to "fix" it, I mean put that screen back everytime I start Media Player Classic Regular or HC?

Edited: Never mind guys, I have restored the system and now it works. In fact I was not able to find the correct exe file.
