  1. I'm trying to view a video feed from a wireless camera on a smartphone (iPhone or Android), how would I go about setting this up? I've heard remote desktop or HLS feed work, but I don't know how to set up the HLS feed and I'm still hesitant on using a remote desktop app. I don't want to do the remote desktop, as this will be used on the go, and I don't want to have to have a desktop or laptop with me.

Please give more information about the wireless camera.

You might have to go through a computer like camera -> computer with a streamer like vlc -> iphone/android.

You likely need to install the android app in order to control the camera.

  5. Ok, sorry about the really late reply, but how would I get the video feed to the computer? Either I am doing something wrong here, or a RCA to VGA cord isn't going to work. That or I don't know how to get the feed to VLC. Any help getting this to work would be greatly appreciated. Also, racer-x, the camera didn't come with a user manuel, and the website doesn't have any mention of software, for a computer or android.

After looking at the camera this is the wrong unit ... the way you wanted to do things you should have bought a wireless ip camera.

    This is one example

This is what I use as wireless ... they can be hard wired in problematic positions.

The camera you have will require connecting to a capture card on a pc ... from here you can use vlc to stream it from the pc using a wireless network router as the wireless connection end point for the phone to use and view.
