While opening VirtualDub, VD detects an improper VBR audio encoding in the source AVI file (laymens terms, the audio is off form the video) Like in the Kong Fu movies. VD suggests to decompress the entire audio stream(which I've done) to an uncompressed WAV. File. Then to recompress w/ a constant bitrate encoder. Bitrate 190.4+/- 22.3kbps.
My questions are: what do I use to recompress the WAV file and where sould I put that file? I'm using TMPGE to encode the video. I will also use that Wav file to encode the Divx to a SVCD.
Any help would be appreciate.
Thank you,
LAne
