internet download manager annoying popup

Hey there. Recently, my idm is popping up out of nowhere. This never happened before but recently, it's been happening a lot. It's not the usual video or document download popup. I don't know what it is, it says "general". Here's the picture.

what type of file is it ? put the cursor in the URL box and move to the end

either use a browser ad blocker, block it in your hosts file, or in the IDM options under "file types", change automatically start downloading these filetypes, or add an exception "don't start downloading automatically from these sites" and enter that address

Yes, it sure looks like it's trying to download some ad.
